Taking care of your AuraGlow device ensures it stays hygienic, effective, and long-lasting. Follow these simple guidelines to get the most out of your device for years to come.

🧴 Cleaning Your Device

After Every Use

Wipe the contact surface (the part that touches your skin) with a clean, slightly damp cloth or a soft cotton pad after each use. This removes any skincare product residue, oils, or debris.

Deep Cleaning (Weekly)

Once a week, gently clean the head with a mild soap and warm water on a cloth. Never submerge the device or run it under water. Dry thoroughly before storing or using again.

Disinfecting

You may lightly wipe the contact surface with a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe to disinfect between uses, especially if sharing the device. Allow it to air dry completely before use.

⚠️ Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers on the device. These may damage the surface and affect performance.

⚡ Usage Tips

How to Use

Apply your favourite serum or moisturiser to clean skin before use. Glide the device in slow, circular motions over the target area. Do not press too hard — let the device do the work.

Recommended Duration

Use for 10–15 minutes per session, once daily. Avoid using on the same area for extended periods in a single session to prevent skin irritation.

Suitable Areas

The device is designed for use on the face, neck, arms, thighs, and abdomen. Avoid use near the eyes, on broken or irritated skin, open wounds, sunburned areas, or active rashes.

Skin Sensitivity

If you have sensitive skin, start on the lowest intensity setting and gradually increase as your skin adjusts. Discontinue use if you experience prolonged redness, discomfort, or irritation and consult a dermatologist.

🔋 Charging & Battery

Charging Your Device

Charge using the included USB cable. A full charge typically takes 1–2 hours. The indicator light will turn off or change colour when fully charged.

Battery Life

A fully charged device provides approximately 60–90 minutes of continuous use, depending on intensity level.

💡 Tip: Avoid leaving the device plugged in overnight repeatedly, as this can reduce long-term battery performance.

📦 Storage

Where to Store

Store your AuraGlow device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid storing in bathrooms with high steam levels for extended periods.

Travelling with Your Device

The compact design makes it ideal for travel. Store it in the original pouch or case to protect the head from dust and damage. It is carry-on safe for flights.
